近頃、家の中で過ごす時間が長くなっている方もきっとたくさんいらっしゃいますよね。
私はもともと好きで引きこもりのような生活をしがちなんですが、それでもちょっと気が滅入ってきたときに個人的に気に入っている発散方法がインドのミュージックビデオを見ること。たまに1人で真似して踊ったりもします。
「こんなファニーな世界が地球上にあるのか…」って、なんだか笑えてくること必至です。
ということで、今日はインドの元気が出てきちゃうミュージックビデオたちをいくつかご紹介してみます！
（個人的な趣味で）インドのボリウッドムービーが世界に輸出され始めた90年代のもの中心です。真似して踊って、楽しんでくれたら嬉しいです。

Today I want to share some especially funny, dramatic, and over-the-top ones. I'm so sure that you can't help but dance after finishing this article. So, please enjoy and stay both physically and mentally healthy!
愉快なインドおじちゃんダレールさん Let's start with Mr. Daler
さて、まずは手始めにインドの愉快なおじさんダレールさんにテンションを上げてもらいましょう。
Daler Mehndi "Tunak Tunak Tun" (1998)
1998年のリリース後、インドで大流行したこの曲。流れてくるとつい一緒に身体を揺らしちゃいます。ニコニコしながら踊り歌うダレールさんを見ていると、もう何でもどうでもいい気がしてきませんか。何人にも増えたりするところも個人的にツボ。
ちなみに、リリースから14年後の2012年。この曲に合わせて半裸で踊っているオーストラリア人男性2人組の動画がYouTubeでバズっていました。酔っているのかよほど暇だったのか。何にしろ、クリエイティブな奇行に大変興味を引かれるビデオです。
Well, this is definitely my favorite. Isn't he the cutest uncle you've ever seen? His name is Daler Mehndi, the star of 90's music scene in India. This song became so famous after its release in 1998. Also, two Australian guys uploaded a randomly dancing video with this song all 12 years later... They arranged their choreography so uniquely. Highly reccomend to check it once.

インド的・男女間ロマンス When Indian loves someone, they dance
ヒンディーの曲のテーマとして1番王道なのは男女間のラブソング。
まずはその起源となるようなこの2曲から見てみましょう。
The major theme of most Hindi songs is "love". So, let's watch some evergreen Hindi songs about love.
Udit Narayan, Kavita Krishnamurthy "Too Cheez Badi Hain" (1994)
お祭りと結婚式とクリスマスが一気に来たようなミュージックビデオは映画 "Mohra"のワンシーン。出演は当時20歳のラヴィーナ・タンドンさんと映画「パッドマン 5億人の女声を救った男」の主演としても有名なアクシャイ・クマールさんです。
This music video is from "Mohra", the action thriller movie which was starred by Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon. I love the energy of all backdancers and their bizarre costumes which look like Christmas decorations.
Kumar Sanu & Alka Yagnik "Chura Ke Dil Mera Goriya Chali" (1994)
90年代のヒット曲。タイトルの意味は「私の心を奪って去っていくあなた」。
お腹と腰を使った激しい動き。キレッキレのダンスと身体で見せる感情表現はヒンディーソング・カルチャーが溢れ出る1曲です。
この曲の見どころは？とニレちゃんに聞いたところ、アクシャイ・クマールの豊かな胸毛なのだそうです。バブル感のある2人の服装も個人的には見どころポイントです。
Yup, this one is also a famous 90s' Hindi romantic hit tune. The title "Chura Ke Dil Mera Goriya Chali" means "You leave after you stole my heart.", which I had no idea when I was just watching their dramatic dance. You will also be surprised by Akshay Kumar's rich chest hair.
Sonu Nigam, Jaspinder Narula "Ankhiyon Se Goli Mare" (2002)
「あなたの目は銃弾を放つ」（あなたの目が美しすぎて死んじゃう…ということらしい）というタイトルのこの曲。ヒンディー映画「Dulhe Raja」のワンシーンです。倒れたふりをして女性を引き寄せ急に抱きつくなどベタでドラマティックな演出にも注目です。
そしてとにかく踊りのエネルギー量がすごい。これが情熱というものなら、私は情熱を持たずに生まれてしまったと確信するミュージックビデオです。
The title of this song "Ankhiyon Se Goli Mare" means "You shoot bullets with your eyes". This music video comes from a Hindi movie "Dulhe Raja".In this music video both man and woman dance so energetically and dynamically and sometime I wonder what kind of story is going on in the movie. I think I have no passion if this is a proper way to express your passion, but yes, it's great that you can see others instead.
「人が集まると踊る」インドの文化 When together, Indian people dance
結婚式、パーティー、親戚の集まりなど、人が集まって、なんだか楽しい空気になった。そんな時はインドの人たちはだいたい踊ります。
When Indian people get together at one place, they just dance. Wedding ceremony, party, events, whatever the gathering is. That's who they are. Here are songs you should watch when you need to sing and dance.
Labh Janjua, Sonu Kakkad, Neha Kakkar "London Thumakda" (2014)
映画 "Queen" のワンシーンでもあるこのミュージックビデオ。会場が色とりどりに飾りつけられ、次々とお菓子が作られ、人々が踊り、時々停電にもなり…というインドのよくある結婚式の光景です。
This music video is from a movie "Queen". Decorating the wedding venue with flowers and lights, making traditional sweets, and of course dancing because that's what they do when they feel happy... It's nice that you can get to know the atmosphere of classic Hindu wedding.
"Gallan Goodiyaan" (2015)
こちらは最近インドの結婚式でよく流れるというパーティーソング。パワフルに踊る元ミス・ワールドのプリヤンカ・チョプラさんが素敵です。
This is also a popular song and trending recently in Indian weddings. The energy and power of ex Miss World Priyanka Chopra is contagious. This song fills you with joy and positivity.
踊り疲れたらメローな1曲を… Mellow song to calm yourself

この曲はパンジャビとヒンディーがミックスされた曲なのだそう。映画"FILHALL"からのワンシーンです。映画の主演も先ほど豊かな胸毛の持ち主として紹介したAkshay Kumarアクシャイ・クマールさん。とても渋く素敵なおじさまになられましたよね。
This one is Punjabi & Hindi mixed song and it's from a movie "FILHALL". This also is starred by Akshay Kumar, who I mentioned before as a rich chest hair owner.
さいごに…
インドは2000年代に入るまでテレビや映画でキスシーンを放送するのが憚られていたらしいのですが、それゆえ男女のロマンスを表現する手法がとても発達していて、これはもうキスどころじゃないエロティシズムじゃないか…というシーンがミュージックビデオでも映画でも多く見られます。何らかの制限をかけられると人はよりクリエイティブになるといういい例ですよね。
夫ニレちゃんと出会ったおまけでついてきたインドのエンターテイメント、これからも楽しんでいきたいと思います。皆さんも日常に踊りが足りていない時はYouTubeで「hindi dance songs」と検索してみてくださいね。きっと元気が出るはず…！
Till I met my husband, who is Indian, I never paid enough attention to Indian music scene and only timing I hear Indian songs were when I was in Indian restaurant. But now Hindi songs and movies are becoming one part of my life and I'm enjoying that change.
